Challenge Exams
Now THIS is food handling.
DATE OF THE EXAM:
May 25, 2019
June 15, 2019.
PLACE:
90 Sinclair Street (Tommy Prince Place).
TIME:
12 pm. The exam is 1 hour in length.
TO REGISTER AND PAY FOR THE EXAM:
By credit card or PAYPAL:
Please click on the “Pay Now” button below. The FEE is $45.00 for the exam. A receipt and a confirmation email will be sent out to you within 24 hours after the payment is received.
PAYING BY E-TRANSFER:
Please email E-Transfer to info@learnfoodsafe.com. The name of the company is FS Training.
Please also send an additional email with the following information after you have sent the transfer:
- Name of the person that will be writing the exam
- Phone number of the person that will be writing the exam
- The answer to the security question for the E-Transfer
Once we have received the payment, a confirmation email will be sent out to you within 24 hours after the payment is received.
Issuance of Certificate:
Once the registered participant has passed the exam (passing grade of 70% or more), a certificate will be emailed to the participant within 48 hours after taking the exam. The certificate the participant will receive is recognized throughout the Province of Manitoba and is valid for 5 years. A printed copy will NOT be mailed out.
REFUNDS and CREDITS:
Refunds will not be issued. Exam fee can be transferred to the next challenge exam date. Please ensure that we are notified at least 7 days prior to the exam date in order to transfer the fee or fee maybe forfeited.
NO SHOWS:
Exam fee is forfeited if participant does not show up for the exam
WHAT TO BRING:
A pen and/or a pencil.
